"Injaz Development" strategy is based on providing a development solutions and services on four major area as described below, and we implementing these programs throughout the year according to the learning and development plan published by “Injaz Development”, as we implement it specifically for employees of certain institutions based on a request as a In-House program, In this case, the program is customized to meet with the specific needs of each institution.

The aim of these programs is to develop specific skills for employees in certain special fields These programs can be tailor made to the client's requirement addressing specific need.
Through its partnership with the “Institute of Leadership & Management” (ILM) in UK, Injaz offers development programs that are designed to develop management, supervisory and leadership skills. It also aims to improve productivity and performance levels for their current and future managers/leaders. Injaz Development is an ILM approved center since 2007.
Injaz is affiliated with and recognized by international accreditation bodies such as ILM (Institute of Leadership & Management) and QUALIFI (an Awarding Organization recognized by Office of Qualifications and Examinations Regulations, UK). These affiliations lead to approved learning and development programs which are qualified to be converted to academic hourly credits as per QCF accreditation regime.
